Weights for whole birds:

• 3.5 - 4.5 kg (8 - 10lbs) - limited supply
• 4.5 - 5.5 kg (10 - 12 lbs
• 5.5 - 6.5 kg (12 - 14lbs)
• 6.5 - 7.5 kg (14 - 16lbs)
• 7.5 - 8 kg (16 - 18lbs)
• 8 - 9 kg (18 - 20lbs)

Some larger weights available.

As a guide we suggest you allow 500gms per serving
for whole turkeys. Allow more for larger appetites
and some left over for later.

Turkey Crowns and Boned & Rolled Joints

A turkey crown is a whole turkey with the bones removed and only the succulent white breast meat is used.

A boned & rolled joint is a whole turkey with the bones removed, using the succulent white breast meat and the flavoursome dark thigh meat.

Both joints are tied with string making them easy to cook and carve.

As a guide we suggest you allow 250gms per serving.
Allow more for larger appetities and a little left over for later.
